Locus Energy offers telephone and email support from 9 AM - 8 PM Eastern (6 AM - 5 PM Pacific), Monday through Friday. For immediate support, you can contact us by calling (877) 562-8736, ext. 1 for residential solar and ext.2 for commercial solar ; voicemails will be returned within one business hour if a representative is unavailable.

You can also contact us by emailing or filling out the form below. Email or online support requests will be responded to within two business days.

Residential customers should contact their installer directly for any support requests.
