Technical Support

Locus Energy offers telephone and email support from 9 AM - 8 PM Eastern (6 AM - 5 PM Pacific), Monday through Friday. For immediate support, you can contact us by calling (877) 562-8736, ext. 1 for commercial solar and ext. 2 for residential solar; voicemails will be returned within one business hour if a representative is currently unavailable. We can also be contacted via email at support@locusenergy.com.
